Although this sounds really hard to believe, my son generally has a hard time getting his service hours completed each semester unless he signs up really early. The slots dry up pretty fast.

I am doing it now as a retirement gig. They will keep you as busy as you want.

I've got loads of stuff that needs to get done at my house. I'd glady take your volunteer services

I couldn't agree more. I never had a clue until I ran into an old friend who was having a bad time following a divorce. Never became homeless but it was close. I do all my volunteering at local food banks now.
