I'm guessing in Russia driver education is nonexistent and DUI is the SOP.

Good god, there are some lucky people in that video.

I suspect they did not show the people who were killed and maimed.

Some of those people in the videos act like it's a normal thing.

Some are so close it seems it would almost have to be staged.....but who'd do that...especially one there was children involved.

I agree with Kerry. There were quite a few very, very lucky people in those clips.

This video makes it seem like this stuff happens all the time . Be grateful for all our laws and infrastructure I guess . The world is a scary place . Look how there are so many pedestrians walking in traffic and how the cars go into other lanes and on coming traffic .

This is what happens when most of the drivers are drunk instead of just texting...see texting isn't that bad!:D

You need to gargle light bulbs at breakfast time every day.
