Surprise: 2015 J.D. Power Study Says Japanese Cars Now Lag Industry On Quality - Forbes
For the first time in nearly three decades, Japanese brand vehicles fell below industry average on initial quality, according to a consumer survey by J.D. Power & Associates. The surprising result is less a measure of faltering by the Japanese and more a reflection of how must faster other brands are improving. The Japanese brands improved marginally, but failed to keep up with the rest of the industry. |

Cows fly as well. The Asian brand stuff may not be as good as it once was. Still it is on average much better than a lot of the big three I can think of. I have wondered who pays JD Powers anyways?
I have seen many car rating firms give rave reviews for cars that turn out to be junk. I have always figured it is just a fraudulent game and the buying public forgets too fast to damage them. I wonder if I had a car firm just how much it costs me to get a good rating? |
