I don't know about this one - I can only think of those old Warner Bros. cartoons, where the good guy (e.g., Road Runner) would paint a fake tunnel onto a canyon wall and Wile E. Coyote would smash into it.

OTOH, if I had the ability to use a Direct TV-like remote, change the channel, and catch a football game or movie on those screens....

Ha I bet this turns out to make people more reckless rather than improving safety...

...it kind of reminds me of the tests they did on a long straight road that had a railway track cutting across it. They found that when the trees were cut down to improve the visibility on the road of an approaching train people tended to race the bugger to get across the tracks quickly - consequently the number of accidents increased. Restricting the vision of the approaching train and the potential delay reduced accidents...

sounds like a security issue for the trucker, that TV will get stolen very quick, specially in NJ
