Falcon 9 goes boom...

A couple of minutes after liftoff.

The camera quality even quite a ways out is really impressive.

Glad no lives were lost. Hopefully they can figure out what failed.

Understatement of the year... "We appear to have had a launch vehicle failure." :/

The average failure rate for all current launch systems is 5%. Spacex had 22 successful launches prior to this one.
