The slippery noodle
We drove down to Indy tonight to have dinner and drinks with a high school chum of mine. We went to the slippery noodle inn. Its a bar and restaurant that has live blues every night starting at 800 pm. Had a great time sitting outside. Turns out my friend is a lot more lefty than I am. I think he may be a communist.
Turns out I like the blues.

There were some really interesting Communists in the SW corner of Indiana in the 19th century. A number of them went on to found the Smithsonian Institute. Visited their commune a few years ago. Thoroughly enjoyed it. None of them liked the blues.

We need a few commies to balance out our KKK population.
