Can he be charged with anything like failure of duty of care or something like that? Hanging up on her was despicable.
I had to call 911 the other week. They were totally inept. I had to spend 3 minutes spelling the name of the street over and over again because they kept spelling it Roan instead of Ronan. I remember thinking if someone were breaking in and not just being weird in the backyard I would be in serious trouble now.
