New to me as well. Crack the whip comes to mind.
A few comments. You do not have to be crazy but it helps. Just not mandatory. I noticed on the first go around with only three cars I did not see any side curtain used on the visitors car. Probably I just missed it. No beer was involved as all the Canadian ladies still had their clothes on. You should see what we do when actually drinking.

I think they did have netting...still looks pretty dangerous....the cars look as if they could break in half at any time!
