A lot of nursing homes have a piano. It is usually there just for looks.
If you want to give a gift to a bunch of old folks then give them the gift of a piano tuning. The nursing home will not object to getting the service for free and those that can will sit down and play now and then. There is nothing that will keep a piano player away from a piano than one that is out of tune. Around here the cost is about $100. |
