Indy 500
Watching it on TV this year. Rooting for Hinchcliffe driving for Schmidt motorsports and Montoya driving for (ugh) Penske.
Pretty clean race so far.

Ouch! Montoya just spun and hit the wall pretty hard apparently no input from any other car to cause it. Looks unhurt but the car will be out.

So it was a fairly good race. None of my picks won but a rookie named Alexander Rossi did driving for Andretti motor sports. Ganassi cars were pretty well invisible.
One of Foyt's cars was running in the top ten near the end and was over optimistic in trying to pass on the outside and crashed out.

They win too much. Some of the things I have read recently about how he treats his employees well though have given me more respect for him and I might have to stop dissing him.

I liked the fact he ran out of fuel before finishing the victory lap and had to be pushed to Victory Lane. Now, that's cutting it close!

Actually I heard he ran out on the last lap and coasted across the finish line at 50 mph! I'm not sure if that is the first time for that or not.
