I just had a run in with Ask an Expert & Get Answers to Your Questions - ASAP I am trying to get details on a 2007 Lincoln TC Signature Series.

The a/c is in default and blowing out of floor and windshield registers.
A/c is cold and pressures okay. I found a vacuum line under the drivers dash that did not have vacuum to the face vents but has vacuum at the fire wall.....and needed to find out what and were the module was to check it's operation.

The EATC head is fully electronic unlike others.

I authorized JA to charge my CC $5.00. A few minutes later I received an email to say they had charged $28.00 !

I called my CC and requested a stop on the card. ... my card company called JA and JA finally refunded my $23.00 . I had authorized the initial $5.00, but I did not see anywhere on the JA site page were they would make this $23.00 charge.

My CC company called JA on my request and charge was refunded....in 5 days !

I have gone back to JA but still see no indication of this additional $23.00 charges.

Anyone see it ? I got it refunded but feel this is deceptive practice unless I'm shown were they reveal this additions charge.
