Introduction? Oh, I bought another 300d!

Hello to all!! I used to get great information from this forum when I had my first 300d ('80). That car is long gone but I recently picked up a very nice 1984 300d with 183k miles. The car has been lowered so much that I'm scared to drive it so if anyone knows where I can get a set of coils let me know. The car also has a problem shifting, gotta check the modulator valve.

I'm 21 now, live in Alabama and am pretty good with anything with a motor. I'm in college for mechanical engineering and have a very small YouTube channel
Not sure what else to put here but feel free to ask me questions and I'll try to get some pictures up soon.

I honestly couldn't find an introduction section so please move it if I'm in the wrong area.

Welcome to Peachparts! For springs, you can check out the used parts section and put a request up if you don't find what your are looking for; otherwise, PelicanParts carries them. Check them out here:

I can vouch for the quality of Lesjöfors; have no experience with Bilstein but their shock absorbers are second to none for a factory ride.
