S600 Royal Highly modified S600

https://youtu.be/xpDPwGgpHds

I like some of the features .... others not so much. I like the profile lines .. harking back to the old 600 Grosser. Not a fan of the tail lights or heal lights. I kind of like the grill and hood lines. Don't care for the grills/outlets things on on the fender. The work looks pretty high quality.

modified,I was hoping over 1200hp with forced induction. People should say custom for something looking like it came from the hood.

I agree it was well done, but back handed that the MB ornaments were removed.

This market segment is a dazzlingly weak one. I was at the local dealer recently and saw an ’04 Maybach long wheel base with about 80K miles on the odo. It appeared flawless inside and out. New it was $300K +. It was being offered at $79K. A buyer could offer ~ $15K off the ask, from what one of the SA’s said.

Given the example above, I can’t imagine that the S600 do-over would pull in more than the low $20K dollar range.

I know some folks that think they are the most important people in the world. So they have to have the best security. And while at one time this might have been an armored Maybach today it is a full sized van.

They are trucks so they can carry the weight of the armor. They also don't scream look at me!

I do know one billionaire that drives an older Oldsmobile. Nothing special about it at all. But no one stares into it, and if anyone did they would only think about how much the old man driving it looks like a well known rich guy.

They also like to eat at McDonald's. Their bodyguards are never far away, but they also just look like some guys taking a break.

Saw this car, I do like the roofline but I can't get over the old grill and the SLS head lights. Must have cost a fortune.
