Weathertech FloorLiner
It took a month to get the price down, but I finally have a set for the Jeep Compass.
There was a local guy selling his Weathertech FloorLiner from his 2014 Compass that he traded in for a 2016 Wrangler. He has had it listed on Craigslist for about a month for $70, which is a decent price when you consider the front only set, which this is, runs about $110. I spent the last 3 weeks working him over, trying to talk him down. This morning, I got an email stating that he was ready to finally entertain my final offer, since I have been the only one that has shown interest. I agreed to meet him at the local gas station this afternoon. When I left to meet with the guy, I decided to take my dog...since my dog is protective of me, and I don't trust people I don't know. My dog is a Boxer. Well, I get to the gas station and wait for the guy. He shows up a few minutes later, gets out of his vehicle at the same time I did, and right away notices my dog. He apparently used to raise Boxers, and loves the breed. After a few minutes of pleasantries, he and my dog make friends. He's down on one knee while my dog is sniffing him and such. After a few minutes of that, the guy drops the price on the liners below my offer, and I drove away with a perfect set of like-new liners for $25...all because I was the only person interested, and he fell in love with my dog. Now I need to find a used rear set. New will run me about $60 or so for the set. I'm too cheap for that...so the hunt is on. This turned out to be another great Craigslist deal for me. My last one was two weeks ago when I picked up a camper shell for my son's S10 for $50...and it matches the color of the truck. Seller wanted $125, since it's in very, very good condition, spending the last 20 years suspended on a frame from a ceiling of the guy's garage...covered.

unless you are being brand specific, you should expand the search to huskyliners as well.
Just got a full set for my escape, and very impressed with the fitment. I have weathertech in all my other vehicles and id call the two brands pretty comparable

For the Jeep, I was being brand specific...mainly because I couldn't think of other brands. I had the same brand in the Tahoe, and the carpet looked like new when I traded it in.
Until I had the Weathertech set in, I had a set of rubber mats that I've had for the last 20 years that I threw in...just until I got what I really wanted. The difference it makes for the feet is pretty impressive. It doesn't feel like there's carpet underneath.

I second looking at the husky liners. I have a set in both the front and rear of my F150 and I really like them. They do a fantastic job of containing all of the slush during winter.
