We took our Mercedes to R.D.M. German Auto Repair and we are VERY happy. We had a terrible experience at another shop, where many things were misdiagnosed and shoddy work was done. We heard about R.D.M. and decided to take our Benz there. Not only did Ray repair what SHOULD have been repaired to begin with, he did an excellent job, did it quickly, was extremely informative and helpful, and we will ONLY trust him to work on our Mercedes from here on out. He is located in Tiverton, RI... THANK YOU, RAY!!!! If you have a Mercedes and live in the area, I would highly recommend getting work done by Ray.

just out of curiosity, what was this other shop you mention?

doesn't sound like something he'd do-I've had him do some work on all of my MB cars where his equipment & experience make it cost-effective. A stand-up guy, but post #1 does seem shillish. maybe OP will chime in to verify.

talked to Ray this morning. post is legit. OP took ML to a shop on the island & was sold a transfer case when alls it really needed was a driveshaft center support bushing. he asked them for a review here, which they did.

I think we are so used to people only taking to reviews to drag someone through the mud and shout about a poor experience, that it seems odd or off-putting to see a random positive review. No shortage of people join forums only to talk trash about a vendor then disappear, it's refreshing to see someone say something nice.
