Exclamation Euro Motorsport wants you! :)

I have been around here for a while, didn't post much here, mostly at benzsport.com under the handle Dr. ///AMG.

But I have something I'd like to share with everyone!

Euromotorsport.net is up and running.

I'd like to take this opportunity to explain what Euro Motorsport is.

Being originally from Europe, I have seen and driven many European cars, and as you all know, they are far superior (most of the time) to the good old domestics.

A lot of people love European cars, I do, and you guys obviously do too (at the least Mercedes).
So my website is a place to get information on these cars, and most importantly, to talk about these cars. Here we're geared towards Mercedes-Benz. At DTMpower it's BMW, Vwvortex it's VW. At Euro Motorsport, it's everything European on wheels.

And because we want you to keep coming back not only for the forums discussions, we will have car reviews, articles, photos and videos, and test-drives.
Now I'd like to say a word about the test-drives. We do not plan on test-driving a Fiat Punto or a VW Jetta. Rather we plan on test-driving (and reporting our findings to you with numerous pictures, wallpapers, and videos) what we like to refer as "European Exotics."

We have secured deals with local dealerships to have access to cars, none other than Ferrari, Porsche, Lotus, BMW, Mercedes and many more. We'll only deal with the best of the best, because after all, we all love these cars, and even if we can't afford them, we sure love to see them and get to know them!

In the coming months, subscribed members will have numerous advantages such as the ability to purchase parts for Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi and VW (perhaps more later…) at dealer cost (plus shipping).

And finally…we’re gonna have the Euro Motorsport models…ohh yea…

It's a very, very good looking site.. just keep advertising it some more..! Remember with the forums you're in competition with these forums.. maybe give it some articles to get people started off!
Keep working at it!!

later

Ah found it..!

Found it, it's excellent! But it took me a while.. maybe there should be a links to this kinda stuff from the main page - that would (hopefully) lure people into the forums to talk about it.

I can't believe the Cayenne is so heavy! 2245 kg (4949 lbs)!! I thought this was a medium size sports off-roader, just like a BMW X5, not an overweight luxo-beast..

A shame, because I though it looked okay.

124 AMG Guy.. I signed up, havent completed it yet, I've been busy. I probably wont frequent it as much as I do here, and as you know, I'm on benzsport from time to time, but I've been a member since its very early days when it first started.

I'll get around to finishing the registration soon. The site looks very nice, you are indeed talented in your ideas, artwork, and layout design. It is a very nice looking site, one of the nicest looking sites I have seen in a while.

I will place a link on my site, www.the300ce.com which is still in the works, things like image design, maybe layout changes, and lots of information and pictures need to be added of course, but I will definately add your link to my site.

I would love to see lots of links to companies that sell performance upgrades, styling upgrades, etc etc on the site. a great list of places to get your car fixed, modified, etc, would be a nice addition to the site too, unless you already have that. I was thinking of compiling a list of links to sites that have performance, styling etc upgrades, as well as lists of local shops to different regions with contact info, so that people can really do what they want to their cars.

I assume you are going to be doing car reviews etc, which is very cool. In fact, I sense that if all turns out well, you could have a great online magazine develop out of it, and who knows, maybe a print magazine too.

Good luck on the site, I'll be on soon, making my mark.

Alon

Hey Ashman, thanks for the compliments.
I'm thinking about redesigning the website to give it a more "corporate", "magazine" feel like the big boys have.

Also I'm thinking about doing video articles...

This week or next week I"m taking out a Lotus Esprit (hope it's not sold yet!) and I will do a video and photo shoot.

btw I already approved ur membership so you can login and post right on

edit: when I finish the new design I'll include the links and have you on there
