Limco paint dry time between coats?

I have instructions but am not sure how to proceed. I guess I don't know all the terms. I sprayed two coats initially and now it is an hour and a half later. It looks shiny but needs another coat to cover. It's tacky now. My question is can I put another coat on now or do I have to wait until tomorrow?
