Anyone familiar with wearable neck speakers?
Is the sound pretty much contained for the wearer or do those within 5 feet hear sound clearly as well? I’m thinking of someone watching late night TV while someone (tries to) sleep in the same bed.

Sounds like a gimmick that will result in an argument.
Headphones, or just go mute with subtitles. Thats how its done in my house. I have no complaints about the subtitle route.

Bluetooth headphones are now common. You just need a TV that will sync with them.
And depending on the quality the sound is amazing. |

Headphones or ear buds are out of the question. A small bedside speaker should do it but won’t produce stereo sound. Some of them are amazing but they can’t fake stereo from right next to your elbow. One complaint about the Bose and JBL offerings is the don’t make good tabletop speakers. I’m wondering how much of a feature that is.
