I know a few rich folks. One of them, when he is between wives, is always getting references from his friends about ladies he should meet.

He never takes them up on their offer. His reasoning is his stuff is too valuable to expose to a stranger. Plus, and all rich guys know this, there is a class of woman that make a career of bouncing from one rich guy to the next, blowing cash (his cash) along the way and then, when the guy starts to ask a few questions about her spending, throws a screaming fit, walks out the door, and goes on to the next sucker.

Because there are plenty of suckers out there with money.

These guys have a saying: If you don't look like Frank Sinatra, and you don't dance like Fred Astair, then just what it is it about you that gorgeous women find so attractive?

I would like to hear the 911 call, if it was during her tossing items at the art pieces their must have been a real sense of urgency on his part.

I had an uncle who was a gazillionaire. He also was a great guy. When his wife died in her early sixties he remarried a woman who had a load of money too. That way one does not need to wonder if she married you for your money.

She was his age and looked nothing like the floozy in the above pictures.

Layman

So a friend of mine just moved into a new house. This guy is not poor and the neighborhood is quite upscale.

He threw a get together for his new neighbors and one of them starting telling him about how his sub-wife would be coming over in a few days for a month or so.

Sub-wife? Yeah, she lives with nine different guys, one at a time, for a month or so. Then she moves in with another one of those on the rotation list. He started describing this sub-wife and my friend told him he didn't need to meet her. He had dated her about 30 years ago.

And to be clear: He was not talking about dating that type. He was talking about he had dated her.

It's a small world.
