New staturory holioday being introduced in Canada.

It surprised me at one time how few north Americans get. At least in comparison to a lot of countries. Any attempt at catching up is welcome.

I do not remember the statistics but at the time it struck me as a substantial amount of differance. In general we north Americans have greater wealth. At the same time many other things are important as well. Quality of life has to be high on the list. Or perhaps should be considered more.

We just cancelled a trip away for this coming weekend. The rain is to start Friday and become really heavy all day Saturday. Broad front covering the whole region. Of course it is about the only automotive flea market within reasonable driving distance. They now sell enough items aimed at the ladies they seem to enjoy it as well.

I noticed I did not spell statutory holiday correctly and do not think I can correct it. That the letters R and T are right next to each other on the keyboard. It still was my error. I was just sloppy.
