The seller of a property states there are no signifigant issues. Generally though in something like your situation. The past owners would have to address almost immediately after the sale. Or at least that was a condition of the sale years ago I many areas.
They didn't have all three dogs when I moved in, although they did have a couple of shepherds, one of which dropped dead. After that dog died, we had peace and quiet for a short time. Then, they decided to purchase two more designer breed dogs (one was $3,000 but the dog didn't come with an "off" switch). The three of them are damaging the fence.

I told one of them a few days ago I'm looking at building a new fence. There didn't appear to be any interest in sharing the costs......

I used to hang out in Okanogan County, WA, near Tonasket, which is about 120 miles north of Wenatchee, in a zone 5 to 25 miles south of Canada. OMG some of those homesteads were quiet at night. On one of my last stays there, I went out one night to pee, it was an almost full moon, no wind. I could see the surrounding hills quite a ways off and I struggled to hear a sound. Just massive silence.

OTOH, it can get sort of lonely on those homesteads. Would be more lonely without the automobile.
