Back when the idea of creating a police force began in NYC, most of the new cops were Irish. Apparently, the morons (city council) who cooked up the idea never came up with a mission statement. What scares me is untrained, incompetent, negligent men and women running around with guns and badges shooting, arresting and torturing Americans.

How much training do you have?
