My forum index is stuck on 12/31/2018

It’s 2 Jan but the latest date in any forum thread list is 12/31. I’ve posted to a couple of threads in 2019 but I don’t see those threads listed as updated. I can go into threads to see recent posts.

I’ll post this thread but I won’t see it.

What the heck is stuck? This is on iOS 12.1 Chrome.
