So far. I'm just hoping he has not torn me up so that I cannot do all the things I want to and not do anything I don't want to.

On average we just require more various medical interventions as we age. We are squeezing almost twice the lifespan out of our bodies over the not long distance past today.

In my case I do not know what the next issue will be other than there will be something. Fear can be real as well. I do not want to see my mind go out and create the resultant load for others to deal with.

For example I was really surprised to learn last week that a sister in law had totally lost her mind very quickly and is now in a home. I will visit her as we always got along well. If she does not know me anymore will be just what it is. I just hope she still has good days and I visit on one.

We will be in that town on the 19th for a funeral of the husband of a wives friend as well.

In your case do not get fixated on the lack of pain medication. If required. It will be provided if needed. I also suspect that if addiction to pain medication has resulted from an actual need for it. Doctors are all too well aware this is a reality.

As our family doctor states. Stopping pain is our primary responsibility. Of course they try not to supply addicts that have no underlying pain issues. As they can be charged for doing so.

Personally I am just reasonably happy I have reached the age I am. In some form of still reasonable condition all things considered. Compared to what it could be.

My brother in law is now partially disabled with pain they cannot find the actual source of. They have done exhaustive work in trying to determine just what is causing it with no luck so far. He remains stubborn as a mule and keeps on going. People still need us and it is too self centered to deny this.

The ancients where 50 years old was extreme old age?

I consider your plan extremely stupid. At least have a consultation about just dropping blood pressure meds first. You are doing a lot of stuff based on some asinie nonsesne about "addicts" and their impact on pain meds? Insanity.

Have you considered the possibility of medical tourism to a country with a more realistic view of pain medication scripts, not clouded by moralistic worries about addiction? See also: India. There's also the option of "black market" pain treatment if no one is willing to prescribe it. Better to break the law and live than follow it and die.

We all kick our way down the passage of life. In one way or another. In the presence of symptoms one does not comprehend the actual cause of.

It is always a better course of action to make contact with those that do. To me it is a strange metabolic effect. That eating induces sweating. Yet it might be considered normal under certain circumstances I suppose.

Normally when you eat a sizable proportion of the blood supply goes to the stomach area I thought. Therefore reducing the heating effect of cells in the exterior areas of our bodies.

Technically there should be less energy available in those outer cells I suspect. To convert to heat. This effect may be easily explained by a competent doctor. Yet you have a symptom that indicates they are trying to cool down.

We have a system in Canada. Where you can phone in to a medical advice center free of charge. Registered nurses and doctors deal with your questions. Personally although I never use this service.

I am pretty sure it is very cost effective to our pre paid medical system up here. You just might have something similar in America. To me this service is valuable in determining if you should see a doctor in person or not. Or it could be something simple you are just missing.

The thrust here now is to deal with things before they deteriorate into real and much more expensive issues. As often as possible. It makes eminent sense when the overall cost of the medical system is paid for by all. Plus overall the health of the total population is better in general as a result.

No one said anything about walking on eggshells, it's a matter of having sufficient self respect to not have the need to belittle others, compassion and some other things you clearly don;t ken .

I understand your shame and embarrassment .

Its too bad you are so offended by a frank opinion that a stupid game with medications is in fact stupid, that you are playing this new game of veiled nonsense. Maybe what the OP needs is a little more honestly and a little less coddling.

We are all strangers here. The OP accidentally offing himself wont keep me up for one night. However, i will certainly have no problem pointing out the flaw in his plan and think it would be a shame for his loved ones. The difference between us is im going to admit that, and you wont, choosing instead to drop a few crocodile tears.
