Rappers are over paid, under educated and should not be allowed to own such cars becuase they dont care about anything besides how much it costs...so therefore the only good Mercedes in a video is the one that isnt shown

Any rap video with a G-wagen in it would be tight....with some 22s or 24s on it.

Is there one extant?

That said, Ludacris is probably my favorite "bling-bling Dirty South" rapper. Right up there with Cash Money Millionaires, et al.

Check out "Big Tymers Still Fly" 2 G wagons on 24's one red one black.
My favorite is "Big Tymers Get Your Role On" not really because of the E class but the Lambo doing donuts and the Bently.

This thread is all about favorite rap videos w/MBs in them...not "Do you like rappers & their music?"

Like every music genre, there are good artists and there are wannabees. Rap is no exception.

As old as I am, I should be a music prude (smooth jazz is my favorite), but with an 8-year old daughter, I must listen to the stuff that gets injected into her ears so I can guide her in what is and what's not appropriate. There is a lot of rap that I like, and some that I don't.

As far as the rappers themselves, if you know anything about the music industry, it takes a ton of hard work to be successful, so I give kudos to those who do make it, and those who have tried. The videos and the interviews make it seem like these guys (and girls) just sit around all day drinking champagne and having parties at the pool at their lavish mansions. That, in reality is a very small glimpse of the real lifestyle. But that is what we see, and unfortunately, many young minds believe that this is all it's about.

As far as what they choose to drive, the culture says, you have to appear to be a "big dog", so yeah, you surround yourself with everything that epitomizes success. But like the rest of us who work hard to eventually own that dream MB, if you finally got the money, why not get the Benz you could only dream about many years ago.

And let's be honest. The MB marque exudes status and we all have gotten stares from family, friends and associates alike when we pull up in our MBs (and secretly love the attention).

So as for me, I like any rap video that features MBs in it. There are certainly much more expensive cars to showcase...and they do.

My favorite is Ruff Ryders World War III, i like the black S500. I like the begaining when snoop is sitting on the impala and the S500 pulls up and hes like "state your name gangster" and he had the black suburbans following hte benz and the next scene with scarface adn the black motorcycles following the benz, i think htat was cool.

Oh whats the name of the video with a older 300D where they kidnap this dude and start driving crazy in a parking garage and wrecking the benz?

Furious...by Ja Rule feat. Vita and 01, which is included in The Fast and the Furious DVD, got my attention. Two Silver MBs in the background!

How about Notorious B.I.G. hypnotize. When they are driving the SL backwards trying to get away from the hummers and motorcycles. If I had a nickle for everytime thats happend to me...

300 & sam, I downloaded ludacris rollout on kazaa and its good, i think thats my #2 favorite. many nice scenes in that video.

i like that biggie video, im sorry but i have a hard time beleiving a benz sl can go backwards in reverse faster than a motorcyle in forward, lol. in 2pacs americas most wanted with snoop, he had a white sl like that too, then he makes fun of biggie and puffy, lol.
