Shipping company sends man wrong TV by mistake, he gets arrested by the cops!
I'm assuming this applies to everything and anything you place an order for. If you receive the wrong, incorrect car parts or car parts you didn't order and pay for, best return them to the shipper PRONTO!

Something not quite adding up, I bet there is more to the story. Amazon tells him to keep it, but shipper is going after him? Sounds like something Amazon would normally eat as COB. This has happened to me with electronics, they told me to keep it rather than ship back... Shipper also saying he got more than one tv? Something happening between the lines there.
Other issue is that he lied about it and obfuscated it, which is certainly a problem.

Probably because Amazon put in an insurance claim when it didn’t turn up at the intended place. I think the problem is that he accepted an order that was addressed to someone else. If the wrong item had actually been sent to him, Amazon would likely have written it off.
