Is BAT an accurate barometer of vehicle values?

They seem all over the place. I know condition and location play into the mix.

Not in my opinion. To start with many of the sales may not complete when the bidder actually sees the car. Most seem to be dealers and flippers cars now as well. That is not the best either.
