Sad thing with any person. It is a real indication of many values lacking in an individual. You cannot prevail in all situations in life and be a reasonable person.


If this is true you would not want to get involved in any situation with him. His art of the deal for example may be just. Do whatever you have to do to prevail. There is no art in an approach like that.


We have a billionaire in our area. I have cautioned many to not do deals with him. Simply because if it in not all lopsided in his favor there will be no deal.

I'll second staying clear of billionaires. In my short time on this earth, I've never been screwed over by a poor man or woman. However, I've been screwed MANY times by RICH$$$$$ SOBs........

I must be very lucky. I can honestly say that I rarely get screwed over by folks.

Big corporations are another matter....like Direct TV or Comcast.
