Yes, cool!
Ford's chief Architect Albert Kahn was Jewish. Ford held many anti Jewish sentiments though. An interesting contrast.

From some show's info, the Big 3 were near bottom rung to work for. So, when Henry Ford up the pay to $5, it still wasn't competitive with other factories. I have not search an info on that from another source though.
