Registry Errors

I keep getting a "TOAST NOTIFIER" erroe message and can't seem to get rid of it ~ what, where and how do I fix it ? .

I wasn't able to get a screen shot ~ it said I'd copied it but nothing posted when I clicked paste....

It's a new Lenovo with Windows 10 .
