Why is there a toilet strapped to the wing of an F 18

https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/heres-why-a-toilet-is-hanging-on-a-navy-f-a-18-super-hornets-wing

Pretty neat story.

It's a bidet that uses high-pressure air instead of water for the "rinse". Saves a small fortune in water. Just ignore the $375,000 that it takes to operate the plane during the typical potty stint, and you can forget about reading the morning paper...

Wait, are you suggesting that it costs $375,000 per flight for those freedom makers?

I found this, not exactly the cost of a movie ticket:

‘Top Gun: Maverick’ F-18 Fighter Jet Joyrides Cost A Staggering $15,822 Per Hour
