Gmc Back Window... Dealer Refusing.....
 

Well if you remeber a while back I posted about how the GMC's back window was leaking well I finally got time to take it up there. They agree it was a defect in building the truck but now they don't want to shampoo my seats :mad: IT STILL SMELLS. I went in for my 8:15 time and was stuck waiting untill 10:55. they came back in and told me I need to come back later because they could not do the window. I raised a stink but I still have to go back at 1. THEY WILL SHAMPOO THOSE SEATS! I will complain and make them wish they would have looked at the gasket withen the first 10 mins. it sat.
OK I'm done just wanted to vent

A story like that sounds like you were at a Chrysler dealer!:eek:

I actually had a half way decent time with the Dodge dealer

O ya they fixed it did a shampoo job washed it and so on.... My uncle went in and talked loudly in there "show room" with the genral mager who would have done anything not to scare away other buyers.... He did that once back in the 80's with my aunts sunbird (sunfire) dont remeber.

LOL....thats the way to do it!!;)
