Are all the the M-B hood stars the same size? Will a W210 hood star fit on a W202? Or a W140 fit on a W202? Thanks.

No, it's not exactly universal. I believe the 202 and 210 are the same, but not the 140.
201 190 i believe is a unique size.
124 and 126 I believe are the same.
So, some will be found to be shared, but they are not all the same.

I had purchased a new star for my car and noticed that the base was a little smaller and the part number started with 201. So I called about it and what has happened is that MB no longer makes the W123 star and that the 201 star is the offical part replacement.
