Extended Warranties
Purchased a 93 300E last month. When I found out I would need a head gasket one day I looked into a extended warranty. Has anyone had any luck with these. I requested info on one online and they said it would cost $1543 and would be good for 119,000
miles all major components. Thanks D 93 300E 3.2 73 Volvo 1800ES 91 Honda Civic

Extended warranties
I purchased a warranty for my 1993 400SEL a few months ago. It is for 24 months and 24,000 miles. The car had 103,000 miles on it when I bought the warranty so it goes up to 127,000 Mi. The cost was just over $1000. Phone no. is 800 692-5397.
I needed new motor mounts recently and had no problem with the claim. The work was done at the local Mercedes dealership in Phoenix.
