What does the room you're in look like?
 

Hmm.. Thought I would get a better idea of what the members do for a computer room.

Mine is also my bedroom in my University house:

That room is PALATIAL compared to the dorm room I lived in when I was a freshman in college...

Props on the Bullitt poster though, I have a similar one from The Great Escape in my bedroom in my apartment.

My room has mercedes stuff all over it. I used to store wheels and tires in nmy room until my mom said that I need to keep them in the garage. I just put up my pull up bar in the door, and I put in a new florescent light fixture above my desk, its like I put xenon lights in my room. They are special lights for art galleries so they are very bright and very white.

I think that some day I am going to buy some mercedes headlights from the S class and mount them in my room to see. I am going to take some pictures and post them after I clean my room and make my beds.

My room is to small to get a good pic but I have Mercedes pictures along with BMW pictures up,a nice MOMO Polk Auidio poster, my M.J. Neon Light picture, Nebraska pictures, and tons of car stereo boxes. And who could forget my 32" TV with Dolby aurrond sound :D (parents old TV Got it when I left) I also have all kinds of car parts around. It's always a mess because When I'm home I'm out withe the car or online. :D

Here's my computer desk. Its a bit messy right now. I've been meaning to clean it, but well you know how things go... :) hehe

But as you can see, I have 3 screens on my computer. hehe yup thats right, 3 and it is sweet. I'm thinking of upgrading later to 4, but I need to pick up a few LCD's first. Having 4 full size monitors on one desk is a bit space prohibitive. I could fit them though. :)

ericdee, your living area looks really nice, do you think if you put in whiter lights it would look bad? Do you like the lighting of it now? It looks like you just cleaned up. =)

Alon, you should make a wall cabinet that sticks out the width of an LCD screen and hang a 4 cube lcd monitor holder on the wall, then you could have 4 screens above your desk. I think that you outgrew your desk right there, time to upgrade to an Sclass desk.

Alon - what are you running those 3 screens from?

BTW, case left off computer is never a good sign. An 'ongoing upgrade'?

I have 3 geforce 2 cards running the monitors.

As for the case off, I do so much computer work, it got to be a hassle, plus with the summer, the case off keeps the heat down.

Putting hard drives in and out, etc etc.

McQueen Rules!!

This is kind of my "play room", very old Who poster on one wall, neon Guinness sign on top of the bookcase (which is filled with automotive and old college books, by the way) and a Mercedes-Benz F1 flag on the other wall. Nothing more worth mentioning except a desk with a Sony Vaio laptop and HP printer sitting atop it.
