Jeep clutch question

Problem, when I push on the clutch, it dose not disengae the trans. I tried to bleed the slave but that didn't help. when you push in the clutch pedal there is almost no resistance. I am quessing that it is either the master or slave cyclinder, but how do I check? I am in over my head, please help. Frankly, I am CLUTCH CLUELESS.
