Dwi
This is kinda embarassing but I got a DWI and now the courts are having me put a breath analyser on my car. I hate this but understand you have to pay for your mistakes. I wish there was a way around this. Any suggestion?
What happend: I was at my friends wedding reception and had some drinks but I didn't feel I was drunk, tipsy maybe. Anyhow I left and was heading home and desided to stop at the ATM. To get there I needed to make a right at a light but there was a car in the lane not turning so I went through the closed gas station parking lot. Got a ticket for that also and that was the reason the cop stopped me. Not to bore you with all the small details, the cops could smell the liquor on my breath and took me to the station. I cooperated the whole time. When I blew, I was just over the limit and now the rest is history. Thought maybe someone has had a similar experience and has some advice. Thanks, Dave |

Maybe it's different in California...
but don't you only get a BAC sensor built into your car after 2 DUIs?
