Soot issue in Jacksonville, Fla concerning cars

This was in the paper this morning. From one boiler. Wow, it must have been real bad 30-40 years ago when the power plant was first built.

Huuuuuummmmmmmmmm maybe If I call them and tell them my BMW came into their port in the 80s and now the paint is bad I can get a free paint job
