Deadbeat member 280CEBoy has my $$$

WARNING:
Be careful when purchasing anything from 280CEBoy!

I purchased something from him in August and did not receive it.
SEVERAL attempts to contact via email and phone with no results.

After SEVERAL attempts, he finally responded and agreed to send me back my $$$.

That was almost a month ago now, and he has not since replied to any email or voicemail or even desperate pleas to have him call me!!!

Just a warning to anyone out there contemplating buying from this guy. DON'T DO IT!

User member "thevilla" also recieved old signal lights from me and has not paid me back even for the shipping. There are just some people out there that are like this and you have to take drastic measures in order not to get burnt....especially if you're dealing with high dollar amounts. This was no biggy for me to lose but I will be in Florida this winter and if I find him..........

Joe,
No. My guy is in New Hampshire.

BTW, looks like a really sweet wagon!
That engine is so tiny...almost cute?
hahaha.
Seriously, what are replacement parts like for a 1969 Volvo?

Hey dieseldaddy, I was asking Yal if this was his guy. Same user name and in Fla as well. I emailed the guy to see if he was a member of MBshop.

I do not know about parts on ones this old. I want it though. I have always liked these old wagons.

Sorry about hijacking your thread like this dieseldaddy but WOW! this can't be a coincidence. That could very well be the guy joe. He has a 300E lamps for sale so it wouldn't suprise me if it is him. He seems to have good ratings but that sometimes means nothing. Use caution as always on Ebay.

that is a pretty cool ol wagon.

It has a 1.8 litre 4 cylynder right?

And twin SU Carbs from what I can see.

I would do some engine mods to that for sure. Twin dual side draft webers comes to mind for starters.

That engine looks almost Identical to the 1.8 litre 4cyl of my old MGB, only its reversed exhaust and intake to the MGB.

Actually, that's a B20 engine, so it's a 2.0 liter unit.

Funny, in body shape, this car is pretty much the 240 series, through and through. Look at the doors....
