Uninstalled front license plate bracket loose in trunk and rattling.

Tool for closing sunroof in power failure emergency rattling in glove box.

Kuan, I get your joke BUT the JD Power survey that showed a drop in owner satisfaction was for used cars 5yrs and older. You don't suppose someone would still be PO'd about bracket after 5yrs, would you? ;)
