Superbowl Anthem?

Just curious as to what folks thought of the songs& anthem rendered before the superbowl game.

As for the game: Tampa bay team was really there as was the Raider Romo, unfortunately he could not get the rest of his team to come out of stupor.

On those types of songs I like it when they hit the right note, keep it the amount of time the song writer meant it to last and go to the next note... ' straight' singing... all the showing off of what a voice can do takes away from some songs... the National Anthem especially...

I have heard a lot of people complain about a Canadian singing God Bless America. What is wong with that? Isn't Canada part of North America? I don't agree with their leaders on the Iraq issue but I wouldn't want to be blamed for something Clinton or Bush does.

I've always thought that "The Star Spangled Banner" sounded better when done by a group than a solo artist.
