Man, he just ads fuel to the flames of stubborn arguements. Its either his way or your wrong. He pulls out legitimate facts, but the facts and beliefs that he shows us are only so thin. A way to put it would be that they are one layered. And as we all know in this world today events that happen, happen because of multiple factors, not just one cause.

I hate how successful the show is, because hes so arrogant and cocky. No one is going to be able to take him off the air. But most importantly, how flambuoyant his stances are on issues. I dont think he has any morals.

I voted neutral on this, mostly because for me the jury is still out on him. I like what he does, but not always how he does it. I like to listen to his "talking points" at the beginning of the program, and then his "most ridiculous item of the day" and e-mails at the end of the program. But I've never been able to watch very many of his interviews all the way thru because he's a bit too much "in your face", even if I do agree with his side of the arguemant. But you have to hand it to him, he does bring out things that no one else does in the news, and he takes no prisoners.

I like the guy, he's fun :)

I don't agree with him on alot of things. Although I like his style on others. I wish he would let people speak more and not interupt them, that is what I like least about his show. If he feels he is right about something that is fine, but let his guests make their point. I also think it's rude to tell people they are "wrong" all the time and talk over them.

(Less ads than Donahue though, once you strip his ads away it's like a ten minute show.)

I like him. His show is more interesting because he confronts his guest's if the are saying bs. Also he doesn't let them get away with not answering hard questions.

I love him. So many times I've watched guests on other shows make totaly absurd arguments and the hosts let it pass. I've never seen anybody on his show get away with a silly argument or a blatant lie.

I do not like it when he interupts a guest when the person is making a legitimate point. He is kind of arrogant.

That said I find that people that have strong beliefs tend to be the most interesting people to talk with. I find I almost always learn something when I talk to people that have strong feelings about a particular issue. The middle of the road crowd just seem to want to avoid all confrontation and controversy.

I love him. He rips everyone and everything - just like a Pacman.

My fav interview of his, which I DID manage to watch all the way thru, was with Al Sharpton (the ACLU fella). Sorry if anyone out there admires Al, but I find him quite annoying, and it was fun to see O'Rielly tear him apart.:D

Absolutely! I mean, who actually considers Sharpton a ROLE MODEL?

I often agree with Bill O', but sometimes not. Regardless, I like him because he has convictions and stands by them unwaveringly, whether it is "popular" or not. He is not "moderate", he is not "middle-of-the-road", he is not "wishy-washy", he doesn't pander to any particular group or party or favorites....He is unafraid to say what he thinks, or what he knows, and will call someone out if they are talking bulls**t, or being a hypocrite, or avoiding a question, or just plain have their facts WRONG. Some call that rude, I call it keeping the conversation honest. He does his homework and always prepares himself with facts, and on the rare occasion that he does not know the facts, he readily admits it. He is not there to stroke the egos of his guests. He is there to get straight answers out of them. He won't let them skirt the issues, like most other hosts will. I admire that, whether I agree with what he is saying about a particular subject or not.

The problem I have with him is when he tells somebody they are wrong he doesn't always back it up with information. He'll just interupt and say "You wrong, your wrong". Anybody can say that. Then he'll rush to the next question/topic without explaining WHY he thinks or feels their info is incorrect. I like the "in your face" style but jeesh Bill let your guests finish without talking all over them. I'd rather see a civil show that still called people on their BS.

It's almost impossible to maintain any civility in a conversation with some of the expert bulls**tters he gets on that show! They talk such a steady stream of constant BS, he HAS to interrupt them, or they'd babble right thru the next commercial break!
