Exclamation Do you have time to say Thank-You?

I just saw this posted on the other site that I frequent (thedieselstop.com aka ford-diesel.com) and thought that, as i hadn't seen it on here, that I'd post it on here.

Regardless of your politics and beliefs in US policies, the folks doing the dirty work deserve our respect. Please visit the Department of Defense web page below and sign in thanking the men and women of the U.S. military services for defending our freedom. The compiled list of names will be sent out to our soldiers at the end of the month. So far, there are only about 2.9 million names. What a shame...... National Military Appreciation Month. The entire exercise takes 10 seconds...literally. Please pass it on
to your email friends. http://www.defendamerica.mil/nmam.html

Count me in, I just signed. Those men and women are truely unappreciated and I think they deserve our support no matter what your political beliefs. Even those against the war should support the people in the military if not the actions they take. They put thier lives on the line for our right to believe what we want.

Over 4 million? Great!! Where did you see that? I didn't see a total of signers anywhere...

I'm not military; in spite of my age I don't qualify medically (very bad back; have difficulty walking at times and can't lift anything)...otherwise I'd probably be in the Air Force right now.

All I can say is hats off to those who defend our nation, and that I wish I could help...
