Arrow Why can't women be more like cars?

Plain and simple. I understand how cars work, what the the different noises are telling me and whatnot, for the most part. Women on the other hand... This is the way I look at it. Cars can be beautiful, are loads of fun, and I understand how they work. Women on the other hand, can be beautiful, are also loads of fun, but I have no idea what is going on. How did all of you married men ever figure them out?

Just because we're married doesn't mean we've figured it out!

It requires constant effort to maintain a relationship, kind of like a car.

Women are challenging, unpredictable, and beautiful. We may never understand them, but I love the challenge. IT keeps me on my toes.

Yup. Scroll all the way to the bottom of this page:
http://www.curtrich.com/october2002.html

I think that pretty well sums it up. Give it up, you'll never figure out all those dials.

I just work under the assumption that all women are insane.
Greatly reduces my frustration level.

Oh yeah, the one useful thing I've figured out, later confirmed by an older, wiser man:
Women talk to you about all kinds of things, problems at work, etc. They don't expect an answer, they (usually) don't want you to fix it, they just want you to listen patiently.
That's it, after years, that's the only thing I've figured out.

I don't remember if I've posted this before or not, but here's some blatantly sexist humor:

I just got attacked (verbally) by my wife re: "why your tires last only 30K miles? MY tires in Atlanta (Eagers- ) lasted a lot longer!" etc, etc. Any attempt of me trying to explain difference between good handling, comfort, and endurance and how the 3 are incompatible, and something about different compounds in tires were interrupted by : " I don't care! I just don't understand why your tires don't last as long as mine!"

Now, why would anybody need any explanation regarding women??

Re: WHY MOST WOMEN CAN'T FIX CARS!

THAT IS HILARIOUS!!!

Women ARE like cars, it is explained on this site.
It is a website a guy set up to chronicle his problems with his Ferrari F355. Here is the jist of it:
Quote:
It is like having a wife who is a bi-polar, psychotic, nymphomaniac Victoria Secret lingerie model, in a drug rehab program, with multiple personalities, that you happen to fall in love with
Also from that site:

Would you get rid of her if she goes psycho and autistic now and then? I doubt it

Well women are like cars and men have almost always related to cars as such. We refer to cars as she, sexy, cute , elegant, classy, beautiful, curvy, sensuous etc. We also know like women cars are pretty and famous too.
To add further "Mercedes" was named after Daimler Benz's daughter.

My car is just like a woman...

It is a pain in the ass sometimes, but it rides great.

My girlfriend and my car are very similar also...I spend far too much time and money keeping them functioning correctly!

Sexist pigs, we are!
