Know any Good Deals on Car Trailers / Haulers ?
I'm looking into buying a car hauling trailer similar to the one shown. I've heard NC has good prices. Would be interested in hearing your experiences with deciding on what features to buy - and also interested in good prices in VA / NC / MD / WV panhandle/Southern PA. I need the flat diamond plate bed for multipurpose hauling besides cars.
Price for this in VA is something like $2500. Ken300D

I don't own one, but I really liked one that is very similar to the one you have pictured. I was borrowing it to move a 6-71 from the boat it came out of to a garage to replace the oil pan, and fortunately still had it when my truck broke down 30 miles from home. I had my van at the time, fortunately, so I hitched the trailer to the van, used a come-along to get the truck on the trailer, and drove home. Worked like a charm, even though I didnt' have a trailer brake setup on the van
 (wound up destroying one of the van's brake rotors when soemone cut me off)...If I had the $$ and a place to store it, I'd buy one of those trailers in a heartbeat! I've found many other ways in which I could use it...
