New Pics!

I finally got a digital camera. Its a Konica-Minolta DImage G400. Its got 4.2 megapixels, 6x zoom, its tiny, has black and white, sepia, normal color, and two other color modes. All kinds of cool stuff, a continuous shutter for moving targets. Its great. Here is some pics of abandoned stuff, wooded scenes, and some "re do's" of old photos where I took photos in the same locations with my digital camera. The quality is about the same!

Number 1 reason why swimming in Houston bayous is Ill-advised

We love to take pictures of our neighbors in the Armand Bayou.
This fellow looks especially well fed. Haven't seen many stray dogs in the neighborhood lately, either.

Check out the green algae growing on his back that is the same color as the swamp vegation. Couple more weeks and this guy is going to disappear in those weeds.

Color...wow! Nighttime shot of a tower supposidely built by Lief Ericsson and the Vikings, in Newport.

Real criticism of this, and other work appreciated! BTW, the first pic was an experiment, not really an interesting piece, but an experiment in composition.

Ok, I borrowed my mom's Canon Elph (2.1 Mp) and took a few photos. I didnt use a tripod, havent taken photos before, and pretty much point and clicked, only adjusting the flash.

I was going for a real gun-rag type of photo. Be gentle ;).

Its a Tanfoglio Witness in 10mm. Tanfoglio is Italian, and dont worry, I hadnt heard of it either. Its imported under the brand EAA.

They were taken at 1600x1200 and shrunk in half in photoshop.

Edit: DAMN IT TO HELL!!! Why wont these things show up when I use the image tags?
