Interior color confusion! Can someone help?

The dealership told me that my interior color, code #275 is "Cream beige", but this website

http://www.amcon-luxled.com/mbcar/

tells me that #275 is Mushroom. So I guess they're the same thing. On eBay many people have advertised their cars as having "Parchment" interiors but when I decode the VIN's it comes up as either mushroom or cream. My question is, does cream beige = mushroom = cream = parchment?

I'm looking to replace some interior items, so it's pretty important for me get this straight.

Much the same

I think it depends on the year. "Parchment" was from the '70s. Our '90 300TE has "cream-beige" on the labels under the carpets. More recently "mushroom" has been used and "quartz" now seems to describe the light coloured interiors.

That's funny... I've seen lots of W124's with interiors labelled as "Parchment" and they do seem brighter than my mushroom / cream beige interior. I wonder if it's just because those cars are cleaner than mine?

I checked the brochures

I checked the sales brochures I have for the W124 and other models around the era you describe and they all show Cream Beige as opposed to Parchment or Mushroom or anything else similar.
