there is a good chance of being able to see a summit attempt tomorrow live on "outdoor life network"

they were supposed to summit today, but it was reported that they stopped to help other climbers "stranded" above 25K feet instead. they better not have been french !!! ;)

news reported a viritual traffic jam up high today...

KATHMANDU (AFP) - At least 31 climbers summited Mount Everest (news - web sites) via the south east route, among them Japan's Yuichiro Miura who became the oldest man (70) ever to stand at the roof of the world, the tourism ministry said.
