WOW! the picture worked, heres a shot of the interior. Driver's seat has a small rip but other than that the interior is mint.

Not bad. Integra's always handled mighty good and are a real hoot to drive. I think people get hung up on the front-wheel-drive vs. rear-wheel-drive thing and miss the big picture when talking about the way cars handle.

I do miss the solid feel of the door closing with my old benz, but half the time i couldnt' get the door open from the outside anyway, and the rear doors had to be slammed so hard it'd knock buttons off. So far i've waxed it completely five times and i've owned it for under a month oh well, to each his own and i'm certainly happy with my 'teg

Hey, that's how I feel about my 300D!

It's not my style (I have a very strong dislike for Japanese cars), but to each his own, eh?

very true, to each his own. I was damn proud of my 300SD when it was in fairly good shape. I know i will own another mercedes in my lifetime, there is no question about it. But for a reliable, daily driver , college student caar with some pep honda products are hard to beat(especially with manuals). Main reason for the switch was me being extremely tired of having a dog slow car,, and the car starting to cost too much in maintenance. Plus, i think anyone that says going from an 83 300SD to a 96 integra 5spd isn't an upgrade well.....dunno what to say about that.

yawn...Driven a few, uncomfortable is an understatement and no power unless you rev the pi$$ out of it to the point of rattling loose your fillings. Each to their own but not for me, our dental plan doesn't cover acts of Hondas unless one drives into your face.

Aw, heck! It's a nice car!
I looked at them before I bought the '93 Mazda MX-6 (which I had for a whole 3 months). I didn't get one for two reasons: too many on the road already(I like a bit of unique-ness), and they're too high on the "Top 10 stolen cars" list".
Hope ya enjoy it!

uncomfortable? rattling your fillings out? are you forgetting i came from a diesel???? the car's engine is silky smooth, and in all honesty the ride is better than with my 300SD(granted, the 300SD needed some new parts). The seats in the car fit me perfectly. I knew posting this on a mercedes forum was risky, but why try to make someone feel bad about something they are excited about? After all, thats about all the above post accomplishes. I wanted to share my excitement of my new car with you all, so please can the negative comments

I don't know what all the player-hating is about. It looks like a nice enough car to me. Good luck with it.

Honestly whenever I drove a new car (Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, Suzuki Aeirio ), I noticed just how much more comfortable these newer cars are over small bumps, potholes, etc. that are just plentiful in Boston.

and.... obviously coming from a diesel just about anything else feels fast and smooth

but, even compared to the E420, the 300CD has that certain something that makes it more appealing to drive

Enjoy the car, looks like a nice ride! Treat that leather. I heard the Connolly leather cream hide (From performance products) smells amazing.

$700 for the 300SD is not bad. A long time ago a local MB dealer offered me $500 for my 300CD!@#!@%$!@
