Are there any female Forum members?

Did you ever encounter a female member of this Forum?
I haven't
Wonder what this tells about this carbrand....

Cheers!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Uh....... not so sure 'bout that!

Along the same lines, I do remember when members were posting pictures of themselves, Capn' Couragous looked pretty cute, for a middle-aged woman!

I think we do have one or two female members, but not a lot. I don't think it means that females aren't into Mercedes as much as males are into talking about them.

Women are from Venus, men are from Mars!

Many women share the same MB interests...just aren't as emotional about it (how ironic) .

There was a thread some time ago about the "permagrin" that one wears when tromping on the gas of a 500E or E500 or E55 or whatever. The guys could relate quite easily, but a certain female 500E owner couldn't understand what the fuss was about!

No matter! Women don't understand the dramatic comedic genius of the "Three Stooges" either! Especially my wife, who got unreasonably furious at me when I taped over our wedding video to record the "Stooges Film Festival", cause there wasn't any more blank tapes!

What's the big deal? You can always get married, but how often will you get a chance to tape the "Three Stooges Festival"?

There is a member in the diesel forum... her name is Natalie, I believe. There is also Shanta in the hot-rod forum and owns a 500e.

There have been mono chromosomed encounters up in the tech forum and here in open discussion. Shanta is the "female pimp" . I try to avoid them since they're just trolling for a lug to pull out their tool, look under the hood, rotate their tires and wax their fenders, then they drop you like an oily rag! And what do you get, . . . your nuts torqued!

We had some wimmen-folk here in the "Open" forum awhile ago. But I seem to remember we lost them when the infamous "Pretty Girls" thread was started.:p

That was me in the "permagrin" thread, and for the record, it is not that I could understand how men get so easily amused with a 500E500. It just that amusemnt for me comes in others way. While me E500 is fun, I don't go around grinning about it.

Oh and for the record, I LOVE THE THREE STOOGES!!! But I would have kicked your a$$ for taping over the wedding, I feel your wife's pain. Any diehard Stooge fan would have a "fresh" tape ready when taping the film festival. I have a few Stooge episodes on DVD. I also like Abbot & Costello (got a few on DVD) and Laurel & Hardy (March of The Wooden Soliders is my favorite, still waiting on the DVD). I have the enitre Pink Pather Collection on DVD. I got a lot of old comedy on DVD.

Actually shanta, I KNEW that was you in that permagrin thread...just thought I would keep actual tag names out of my post...

And if I REALLY did record over our wedding video, I would not have been alive to write this post! :p

It is all good, I got so much slack over that thread it is not funny and I was not grinning At least when we had our lastest 500E500 meet no one brought that subject up.

At least you didn't tape over the wedding video
